Welcome to Barley Hill School Parent, Teachers and Friends Association
Here at Barley Hill Primary School we are proud to have an active Parent, Teachers and Friends Association (Barley Hill School PTFA) and that we are able to make a positive impact on the children's experience of school and help to bring the whole school community together.
We do this through a variety of ways including (but not limited to):
Hosting Facebook groups for each year group, enabling parents to connect with other parents at the school.
Running events, some of which the main purpose is fundraising for the school. For others the main focus is enriching the children's experience at the school or bringing the community together.
Hosting play dates each summer for the incoming EYFS intake.
Fundraising Focus 2022-23
At the start of every academic year, we agree our funding priorities with the Headteacher. Last academic year we committed to fund
£1,900 An interactive smartboard for the Y4 classroom coming back into use this year.

£300 Calmbox refills
£400 Playstop
£300 Rainbow room
£300 Zones of Regulation
£1,000 for Library / topic books
We will shortly be meeting to set the upcoming year's funding priorities
Fancy Getting Involved?
We could not make the impact that we do without our committee and many volunteers. We are always on the look out for more committee members, volunteers and new ideas.
We have many different ways that you can get involved, even one hour of your time will make a difference!
